Cavalier Carpets were contacted by the project team at Active Flooring solutions to offer help and advice when developers Forliving wanted a carpet suitable for their new 394-unit Dock 5 development in Salford Manchester.
This new build development close to Media City comprising of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments along with sprawling four bed townhouses provides the ultimate in Urban living for young professionals.
The clients primary goal was to provide potential tenants with a modern and comfortable high end residential experience that was both practical and aesthetically appealing. The challenge for Cavalier was to find a solution that met both functional and design requirements within a specified budget.
With extensive experience of the developer sector The Cavalier sales team proposed stainless Serenity regal a range particularly suited to modern living and equipped to withstand the rigours of everyday life while retaining a soft and luxurious feel underfoot.
With many years of contract sector expertise the cavalier sales team were perfectly suited to understand the particular requirements that such a large project presented.
In order to minimise waste carpets were ordered to requested sizes and our inhouse project management team facilitated the installation.
