Ravenswood Contract Interiors of Perry Vale were asked to refurbish the communal interiors at Chatsworth Court private apartments in Pembroke Rd, London.
They faced an ongoing moth issue that damaged the woven wool carpets. Seeking a solution, they consulted Cavalier Carpets. Cavalier proposed a 100% nylon printed carpet to address the moth problem and provide aesthetic appeal, comfort, and practicality.
Inspired by the property's 1930s features, Cavalier's design team created a red traditional carpet with style accents.
This bespoke nylon carpet, weighing 1050gsm and of contract quality, offered excellent wear and durability while being 100% moth resistant. It provided the performance of a woven carpet but with cost savings compared to traditional alternatives.
The Cavalier design team found inspiration in the property's 1930s period features, creating a striking red traditional carpet with style accents to complement the interior.
