Brief

The brief can be very broad or very specific depending on the clients working practises. Many clients enjoy being closely involved in this process whilst others are happy to leave it to the experience of our designers. Whichever you prefer we are happy to work to your lead in developing your bespoke carpet.

We also have an extensive design library which we have built up in over 50 years of business. These can be used as inspiration or they can simply be re-coloured to your scheme.

Quality

We supply a wide range of bespoke qualities including tufted graphics carpets, printed carpets and Axminster carpets to best fit your design concept and/or budget requirements. See our bespoke quality brochures at the bottom of this page.

Colour Selection

We allow you to select colours from our latest tuft box ranging from soft natural tones to warm rusts on to cool blues and greens, and we also offer a custom dying service should the colour you require not be available from our bespoke colour range.

Development

From the brief our design team go to work creating several interpretations using CAD technology for the client’s consideration. In many instances timings can be very strict and we work tirelessly to produce CAD images quickly. This often results in clients being able to complete projects ahead of schedule.

Hand Made Sample

Before signing off the carpet for production, you will be shown a sample for colour and design in carpet form. This gives you a further chance to adjust the carpet colours and design until you are completely satisfied.

Creative Development

Colour Selection: Our tuft box includes over 500 yarns — from soft neutrals to bold, saturated hues. We also offer custom carpet dyeing when exact shades are required. As bespoke carpet suppliers we ensure you can achieve unique carpet designs and custom sizes and shapes, ideal for interior design flooring.

Development: From the brief, our designers generate several interpretations of your custom carpet. With a strong focus on timelines, we ensure CADs are delivered quickly, helping clients meet tight deadlines — ideal for projects in hotel lobbies and suites, offices, and branded carpets for events or stores. We also support custom commercial carpet design with precision and speed.

Sampling & Finalisation

Hand-Made Sample: Before production, you’ll receive a handmade bespoke carpet sample to evaluate colour and pattern. This is your opportunity to review personalised carpet design and request refinements to achieve the perfect result — made to fit any room shape.

Approval: Once approved, your design is sent to production. We collaborate with your custom carpet suppliers and carpet installers to manufacture quality custom carpets to your exact specifications. With decades of experience, we offer complete solutions — from concept through to delivery.

Production & Delivery: Custom carpets are created in collaboration with you. To create something that’s entirely your own.
