Renew scheme goes National January 2010
Since its inception in early 2009, the Renew scheme has been providing a one stop shop for claim handlers & Policyholders.
Renew offers a unique branding, a uniform level of service and a process that predominantly aims to restore but also provides an on-site independent validation using bespoke estimating and planning software enabling us to generate room plans and photography reducing the opportunities of fraud. Where replacement is deemed necessary we also offer home selection from over 100 ranges of varied flooringtypes.
Our Inspectors firstly assess the damage to the flooring or furniture, and can resolve problems ranging from stains as diverse as ink, tar, make-up, candle wax, food & drink spills as well as re-tufting carpets after cigarette burns, invisible patch repairs to carpets following damage such as an iron burn & scratch and dent repairs to wood & laminate flooring.
